My name is David Rynecki.  I am originally from Chambersburg, PA but now reside in Winchester, VA.  I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NASE Certified Speed Specialist. I hold my B.S. of Kinesiology/Exercise Science degree from Shenandoah University and my M.S. of Exercise Science/Rehab Sciences degree from Cal U of PA. My journey into health and fitness began when I was 14 years old. I was an overweight teen in need of an eye opener, and one day in ninth grade, I got that eye opener. I was shocked to see that when I was weight in phys. Ed class I weighed 210lbs. It was at that moment when I took a step back and decided to get in shape. Not knowing what I was doing, I began to exercise at a local gym, focusing mainly on cardio training and fixing my diet. I was able to shed 70 lbs in a short time. I had dropped to 140 lbs by the time I made it to high school. During this transformation, I started to grow an interest in health and fitness. I began reading magazines and articles pertaining to weight training and fitness and talking to a number of people to try and learn as much as I could. During high school, I focused mainly on weight training and I was hooked from the start. I began to see strength and muscle gain from plans I would modify from others and plans I wrote myself and found out that what I was doing through proper nutrition and exercise along with correct supplementation, was making me see results. I wanted to be able to do what I love to do and help others at the same time. This is when I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. The two main aspects of any program are the nutrition aspect and then the actual workout. You must eat and workout according to your goals. I want to educate every individual who comes to me with the right knowledge so that they can optimize their time inside and outside of the gym and see the results they want. At Shenandoah University, I studied Kinesiology/Exercise Science, which further gave me the tools I need to make myself as valuable as possible for any individual. I also studied rehabilitation services and have gained over 350 internship hours of experience in local physical therapy practices.

Personally, I am an independent bodybuilder with my own training focusing on progressive strength training, cardio and flexibility training. I currently train 6 days a week for 90-120 mins and show no signs of slowing down. I began competing in 2015 and have been working extremely hard this year to make my dreams come true under the tutelage of Scivation Athlete and Pro RJ Perkins. In my first show I took first place in the debut, novice, and novice overall divisions at the OCB Eastern Regional’s in April 2015. A total amazing experience and dream come true. I also took 5th place in the short class of the No Gear Classic in May 2015. My main goal now is to obtain my OCB/IFPA Pro Card and compete as a professional bodybuilder. This is my passion and my true calling. I am here to help in any way that I can.  I have seen and heard a lot of the bogus information out there that is filling the minds of people just looking to be healthy.  I am here to provide you with the correct information.  The methods that will help you reach your goals with confidence.  Between my education, my own personal experiences with losing weight and gaining pure lean mass, as well as the experiences that I have had working with many different demographics and guiding them to reach their goals, I am extremely confident in my abilities to help anyone looking to change their life style and become a healthier individual.  We can do this together!! You just have to make the decision.  How bad do you want it? How far are you willing to go to reach your dreams?  These are the questions we must ask ourselves every single day. Never Give Up!!
